Basic Description:

Tess is five feet, ten inches tall and slender. Her straight dirty-blonde hair is normally either pulled back or twisted into a bun but may at times fall down to her shoulders. Her eyes are a solid brown. She also has dense freckles, which may or may not be disguised by foundation.

She spends a lot of money on clothing, which can go from trashy to conservative, depending upon the occasion. One thing she is never without, though, is a diamond solitaire set and a gold-plated watch.

Tesia Lexington is the daughter of James Lexington, a Los Angeles prosecutor and former District Attourney and Anne Lexington, a successful real estate agent. The family has lived in West Hollywood since Tess' parents were married back in 1980. After graduating from high school, Tess went north to attend classes at the University of California in Davis. After completing her internship in the university's morgue, she accepted a job with the Albuquerque Police Department.

Doctor Lexington has been living in Albuquerque since September of 2015 and has worked for the department the entire time. Although claiming to be a workaholic, she has been seen regularly within the city, frequenting establishments such as the Lost Souls Cafe and the Kimo Theatre. Upon her move to the city, she was often seen in the company of Sergeant Xristopher Wolff. Despite the rather public and heated nature of this relationship, it appeared, by all accounts, to have ended six months later without explanation.

Tess shows quite a bit of enthusiasm for her grisly job and speaks fondly of detectives, such as Peter Krenshaw, Chad Kircher and Nikita Michaels. Despite the morbid nature of her interests, Tess herself is quite publically a social creature. Usually, though, she is not seen with members of the APD. Associates include Asher Thayer, Jackson Pouteau and Charles Anderson. While she showed a fondness for clubs in the beginning, that has waned since the fatal New Years Eve 2016 shooting at the Murder of Crows.
